In our first group of players that participated in the Olympiacos Melbourne annual pro pathway, our Euro Agents identified a staggering amount, reaching 18 players who they viewed to be ready for Euro pro trials.

Following this success, our Euro agents, have commenced the process of finding suitable pro clubs that would trial the 18 identified players.

We were just contacted by our agent who informed us that Cristhian Garcia has been invited to trial by a professional European club.

Cristhian is scheduled to depart Melbourne on 3 January and begin training shortly after arrival.

After a successful evening whereby our Euro Agents identified 2 African players and 3 Olympiacos Melbourne players, we received more identifications from our Euro Agents.

Our Euro agents have now informed us that they have identified a total of 18 players from the mens annual pro pathway. This was an outstanding result from our first pathway and was beyond our expectation.

Our agents will now proceed to collate the player profiles. After that, they will return and inform each player that has received the invitation to trial.

All Australian players in this Annual Pro Mens pathway commenced in our Helping Kids Football centre as they came from struggling families and were priced out of club sports. They then proceeded to our Football improvement centres where they could now afford the extra training.

Once their skills and confidence improved, through Olympiacos Melbourne they saw that they could get the opportunity for the pro career.

After launching this football philanthropy, we held our annual Euro Agent ID night. Here we presented the selections from our Euro agents. Our Euro agents selected 5 players from 2 teams, that they identified as ready for Euro trials.

Our agents will now proceed to collate the player profiles. After that, they will return and inform each player that has received the invitation to trial.

As the first players of the Olympiacos Melbourne, Annual men’s Euro pro pathway, our football philanthropy was able to overcome the cost of these young men being able to go on a Euro pro trip. Here they are, now able to fly overseas to Senegal where they participate in our first annual pathway.

These Australian players, who came from struggling families, are now given the same opportunity as others to be able to train and showcase their skill for a pro Euro career. They all commenced at our Helping Kids Football Centre, where they found a place of refuge and be able to return to a healthy lifestyle, in a centre that was now affordable by their parents.

On completion of this centre, these players commenced to our Football Improvement Centre, where their families were able to afford the cost of training and improve them for their existing club.

As they continued to train, their skill levels increased and they began to dream of playing professional football overseas.

The Olympiacos Melbourne Annual Pro mens pathway overcame this expense and has now allowed these players to play professional football.

All games will be streamed to Euro agents who will be able to identify players that they deem would be ready for a pro Euro trial. This also includes the local African players who are playing. This annual pro pathway builds a bridge from Australia and Africa to Europe, also giving struggling families a chance to help their kids achieve this pro dream.

We look forward to sharing more news about this pathway upon landing.
